Who Are We Going to BE?

God revives the hearts of Israel by the reading and preaching of the Scriptures in chapter 8. The importance of the Word of God cannot be overstated in the life of the church. The Bible gives us the opportunity to know the Lord according to his own description, to see our sin in contrast to His holiness, and to receive His grace through faith. Who are we going to be? People who pursue the Word and obey the Word, for it is the foundation of our worship and life in Christ.
